Apply lotion or cream over the foot, first above the ankle.
2. Start at the instep of the left foot and apply with Firm rotary movements down to the centre of the toes (Fig. 1).
3. Slide the thumbs firmly back to the instep and repeat the same movement.
4. Slide the thumbs back to the hollow of the heel and repeat the same.
5. Slide the thumbs back to the base of the foot and repeat the same movements.
6. Start at the heel and work down to the centre of the toes (Fig. 2).
7. Slide firmiy back to the heel and repeat the same movement up each side of the foot.
8. liold the toes in one hand and the heel in the other hand and apply three rotary movements. Do the same with the other toes (Fig. 3).
9. Slide the right hand to the ankle and the heel of your left hand to the heel of the foot and apply six firm lotary movements.read more
