How to take Care of Emotions





I. Try and have a balancing force in life. Your balancing force can be hobbies like music, painting, swimming, walking, photography, etc.
2. Try and do a good deed each day. Begin the day with a good thought.
3. When angry count till ten before you blow up in word.
4. Remember, all anxiety is a crime against nature.
