Overweight Women: Fat women should never take potato fries or wafers and should cut out raw onions or fried onion gravies. Strangely enough, we tend to neglect the body, which remains with us for a lifetime, perhaps, we take it much for granted. Three things are necessary to keep us healthy and beautiful:
1. Eat health food.
2. Go for health exercise.
3. Take vitamins to supplement the daily food.
The kind of lifestyle we live today, subjects the body to a severe strain and stress. Long working hours, double responsibility of work at home and in the office, rush and anxiety while traveling, poor diet, wrong posture, all add to the miserable condition of the body.read more
